Google Will Come Down Hard On AI Content

"Delivering the knowledge you need to succeed."

Unpopular Opinion: Google does care if you are using AI content, and it would be in your best interest to start adding more human touch to your content now. 😲

I kept seeing all these Google doesn’t care about AI content, and things just weren’t adding up to me.

I couldn’t see a future where Google would just accept content from an AI writer based on everything Google has been trying to achieve over the years.

After paying close attention to how things were evolving, I’m finally confident in saying Google absolutely cares, and you should be cautious.

They Added Experience

You’ve likely seen the reference Google E-A-T (Expertise, Authority, and Trust) by now.

Well, it’s been updated and is now E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trust).

Regardless of the topic, there is no way AI will ever have Experience with a topic.

This is a clear sign that Google still cares about real-world experience.

You can get away with AI content for now if you are using it for very niche, low-comp topics, but you are likely one core update way from losing it all.

Google Adsense Rejections

I have been seeing more posts recently about sites getting rejected for having too much AI content.

After human editing of the content, they have been getting approved the next time around.

It’s not that the content was good, but it just wasn’t heavy AI content.

If Google didn’t care about AI content, why reject these websites?

Same Concept, Just Better

Also, after you’ve been around a while and have been through the many updates from Google, this feels a lot like Google’s crackdown on Spun content.

If you don’t know, spun content is taking content that’s already created and changing up some words here or there to make it “original.”

Sounds familiar?

AI is a newer version of Spun content as it is currently.

Much better but basically the same.

With the amount of AI content floating around in just the last handful of months, I see a massive crackdown coming possible during the next Helpful Content Update.
